Original watercolor painting of "the Gas House"
This piece is inspired by a small redwood structure that lives on my property in Fowler, Ca. It was built in the 1940's by my great grandpa to store gasoline, oil, and other fluids and parts needed to run their farming operation, thus being named "the gas house." after my Grandpa retired from farming, I moved to this property in 2012 and it has since been used a dog house and more recently a garden tool shed. It is overgrown with a large Wisteria vine and wears many old signs from my collection. though it's small, all the personality this shed holds makes it one of my favorite buildings.
